Learn and Master Cosmetic Acid Peels
Students will be able to discover the performance of cosmetic acid peels for all skin types, conditions, and colors.
The variety of peels discussed during class:
- Glycolic Acid
- Salicylic Acid
- TCA “Trichloroacetic Acid”
- Jessner Peels
- Blended Formulas
Learn with confidence, regarding various treatment applications. A class instructor will demonstrate and review proper techniques.
Furthermore, each student will receive an information packet with all the necessary school materials to prepare them for performing cosmetic acid peels in their spa environment.
The benefits of learning acid peel techniques are that the spa professional, esthetician, and beauty therapist may successfully treat fine lines, wrinkles, variations in pigmentation, acne, troubled skin, as well as refine acne scars for a smoother appearance.
Most cosmetic acid peels may be used in conjunction with microdermabrasion, oxygen infusion therapies, LED Light Therapies, and so much more. We review and educate students about creativity and what is possible in the skincare industry today when performing high-definition skin treatments.
Each student will have hands-on experience during the class. It is also important every student participates.
The instructor will have skincare choices for each student.
Student Practical is “required” unless the instructor is notified about certain health conditions prior to class.

Cosmetic Acid Peels + Ingredient Knowledge Class is 6-hours and includes the following:
- Lecture with PowerPoint
- Cosmetic Ingredient Lecture
- Chemical Acid Peels (Different Peels)

Energy is important when learning. We provide small snacks (cheese, fruit, water, protein drinks, chips, cookies | All Day Treats). However, students may bring in a sandwich for a small lunch during class.
